All websites, applications, software, client portals, APIs, automations, AI-powered services, communication services, consulting, marketing services, integrations, and related products provided by Dexis Digital (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using any portion of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
1. Eligibility

If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
All information you provide to Dexis Digital is truthful, accurate, and complete.
Our Services are intended solely for business and professional use.

Dexis Digital provides technology-enabled business services that may include, without limitation:
Artificial Intelligence solutions
AI agents
AI assistants
Workflow automation
CRM implementation and management
Reputation management
Customer communication tools
SMS messaging
Email communication
Marketing automation
Websites and landing pages
Sales funnels
Appointment scheduling
Lead management
Customer relationship management
Analytics and reporting
Software integrations
API integrations
Consulting
Training
Technical support
Any additional services we introduce from time to time.
Certain Services may rely on third-party platforms including, but not limited to:
GoHighLevel
Stripe
Twilio
OpenAI
Anthropic
Google
Meta
Google Business Profile
Zapier
Jobber
Housecall Pro
QuickBooks
Xero
Other third-party software providers.
The availability of specific features may change without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
Certain Services require registration.
When creating an account, you agree to:
Maintain accurate account information.
Keep your password confidential.
Maintain appropriate security over your login credentials.
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
Dexis Digital reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a security risk.
4. Subscription Services
Many Dexis Digital Services are provided on a recurring subscription basis.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Subscription fees are billed in advance.
Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
Renewal authorizes us to charge your selected payment method.
Prices may change upon reasonable notice.
Your subscription continues until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
5. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
By purchasing our Services, you authorize Dexis Digital and its payment processor to charge all applicable subscription fees, usage fees, taxes, and other agreed charges to your selected payment method.
Dexis Digital does not collect, process, or store your full payment card information on its own servers. Payment card information is encrypted and securely processed by Stripe in accordance with applicable industry security standards, including PCI DSS requirements.
We receive only limited payment-related information necessary to administer your account, such as payment confirmation, transaction identifiers, billing status, and subscription details.
If a payment fails or is declined, we may suspend access to all or part of the Services until payment has been successfully received.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, all payments are non-refundable.
6. Client Responsibilities
Because our platform enables automation and communications with your customers, you agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have lawful authority to use all data uploaded to our platform.
You have obtained all legally required permissions before uploading customer information.
You have obtained all legally required consent before sending SMS messages, emails, AI-generated communications, appointment reminders, marketing messages, review requests, or similar communications.
Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You will maintain accurate customer information.
You will promptly honor customer opt-out requests where required by law.
You will not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or misleading purposes.
Dexis Digital acts solely as a technology provider.
We do not independently verify whether your customer data was lawfully obtained or whether appropriate consent has been secured. We rely entirely upon your representations that all customer information has been collected and is used in accordance with applicable law.
You agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws relating to privacy, electronic communications, consumer protection, marketing, data security, and customer consent, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, state privacy laws, and any comparable international laws where applicable.
